About this property
There's Always Time for the Sea...
Enjoy a premier location in the Barrier Dunes gated community. This lovely end-unit townhome features new flooring and fresh paint throughout, along with new living room and bedroom furniture. Located in the heart of the community, you're directly across from the boardwalk, taking you straight to the beach in less than two minutes. The tennis courts and one of the two community pools are conveniently located right beside the condo.
The living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including a toaster, crockpot, coffee pot, and Keurig. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. The living room sofa also pulls out into a queen-sized bed, and all linens are included for your stay. Both bedrooms enjoy the privacy of their own balconies.
Barrier Dunes offers a wonderful array of amenities, including two swimming pools, tennis courts, stocked fishing ponds, and a playground. There is plenty to explore nearby—from snorkeling and shelling to visiting the adjacent state park, which features scenic walking trails and pontoon rentals.
